Sean completed three years of a plumbing course. and was desperate to get an apprenticeship.
Sarina Russo Job Access Coventry placed Sean on a work placement with Mercia Gas to help maintain and repair central heating and plumbing systems in schools and at homeless shelters.
After completing a 13 week work placement, Sean was offered an apprenticeship and will be fully qualified plumber in the New Year.
