Natalie, 19, escaped 11 months of unemployment and the negative influence of her friends when she signed up with Sarina Russo Job Access' Community Taskforce programme.
She expressed a desire to get away from her current lifestyle saying she was depressed and she needed a change.
After a motivational conversation with Sarina Russo Job Access consultant Hariss Pervez, Natalie realised paid employment was within her reach.
Hariss sourced Natalie a fantastic placement with Islington Council as an Administration Assistant. After three weeks Natalie was offered jobs with WH Smith and Marks & Spencer. After much deliberation Natalie chose the customer service assistant position with Marks & Spencer at Euston Station.
"Anything that gives you a job at the end of it is worth going to," said Natalie.
Hariss said a positive mental attitude always gets you far in life and is something Natalie showed from day one. She'll definitely make her way to the top.
