We are looking for Employment Advisors to operate in the following locations;
Chatham (JOB REF; EA/CHA)
Stoke (JOB REF; EA/STO)
Coventry (JOB REF; EA/COV)
As an Employment Advisor you will provide support to jobseekers who have been successfully placed with an employer. This will involve communicating with jobseekers and employers, predominantly by phone, email or face-to-face contact in order to offer ongoing employment assistance, maintain customer relationships and obtain evidence of employment. You will assess each candidate and develop a personal plan to maintain that candidate in their employment / work placement opportunity.
You should have welfare to work experience, high energy levels, professional phone manner, confident approach and highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills that set you apart from the rest. Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, email, internet and database systems. An understanding of the local employment market would be beneficial.
