The role is to deliver a high quality professional recruitment service to long-term unemployed candidates and employers, in accordance with corporate goals and performance targets.
In detail, the role is to provide active job assistance to candidates by job matching and reverse marketing. To receive job vacancies and job match in an efficient and timely manner. To contact employers and generate job and work placement opportunities - network with local businesses, employers and community groups. On all occasions will be expected to sell the services of Sarina Russo Job Access.
Must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and proven customer service skills. Ability to effectively market and negotiate a requirement. Must be results orientated with ability to achieve targets. Excellent understanding of the local employment market necessary and strong computer skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, email, internet and database systems. Own transport required as role will involve travel around the base location.
