To join a small Quality Assurance team that cover activity across all company offices within the UK. This particular role will be based in London. Duties will be to implement the company quality assurance programme incorporating best practices and contractual obligations. Will conduct quality assurance desk-top audits using documentary, telephone and personal feedback techniques. To assist in checking compliance for Ofsted and PAT audits. Prepare reports on activities undertaken and summarise the findings for presentation to Quality Assurance Manager. May be involved in the delivery and facilitation of staff training workshops. To be successful you will need highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and have proven organisational skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, Internet and Database Systems required. Some travel expected, particularly covering the London and South East offices but occasional visits to West Midlands necessary.
