Description Following the success in being awarded Community Task Force contracts by the Department for Work & Pensions, Sarina Russo Job Access are continuing their expansion. We are now looking to recruit an Admin / Customer Service Manager

The role of our Admin / Customer Service Manager will be to manage the performance and development of team members to achieve individual, team and organisational goals and objecttives.

More specifically you will monitor performance levels, identify development needs, monitor call flows, organize the staff rota to meet contractual obligations, ensure calls and subsequent enquiries are dealt with immediately, effectively handle difficult customers, keep team and management aware of issues that may affect the business.

You will have highly developed leadership skills, relevant Call Centre experience in an operational capacity, proven customer service skills, excellent communication skills including strong computer skills to include Word, Excel, Email, Intranet & Database systems. Must have the capacity to prioritise and deal with multiple issues and the ability to empathise with jobseekers.
